Before contacting our technical support department, please reference the LAMP Host knowledge base for answers to our frequently asked questions. If our FAQ section does not provide you with the answer to your specific issue, please contact us using one of the methods below.
Support Option #2: Ticket System
Use the LAMP Host ticket system for help in resolving non-emergency issues. We will respond to your question by the end of the next business day (Pacific Time).
Support Option #3: Contact Us
The LAMP Host Emergency Contact System will automatically contact Technical Support by pager 24/7. This contact option is not intended for general technical support issues and should only be used in severe circumstances (i.e. the server is not responding).
