Customized Virtual Host Installs
Deploying multiple sites using a standard template or a specific CMS? LAMP Host can create a custom installer for you that pre-installs the application for each new virtual host. Simply provide us with the application that you'd like to have installed, and we'll create the custom installer for you at our hourly rate (a one time charge, usually ranging from $125 - $500)
IP Addresses
Each Managed Server initially has two IP addresses assigned. Additional IPs are available at no extra charge. Additional IPs will be handed out in compliance with ARIN guidelines, which dictate that they are being managed efficiently.
Hardware Maintenance
All servers include full hardware maintenance - we monitor and replace any defective hardware at no cost to the client.
Software Maintenance
Leave your software and security worries to us. The LAMP Host team will fully maintain the OS and all installed software, applying security patches and upgrades as necessary.
Availability Monitoring
All services (http, smtp, pop, ftp, etc.) are monitored 24/7 and our on call technical support team is paged and immediately begins to diagnose & fix any problems, should they occur.

99.9% uptime gaurantee.
Bandwidth
Totalled data transfered is monitored on the outgoing port only. Overages are billed at $1.75 / GB / month
Backups
Backups are done once daily. They can be on the local network and/or offsite. Keeping restore points for each of the last 7 days and one for each of the previous 5 weeks. This applies both to local network and offsite backups. Offsite backups are done via rsync tunneled over ssh for security (on a dedicated T1 from our office to the colo).
Geographical Redundancy
In addition to providing data back-up and hard drive redundancy solutions within our San Diego data center, LAMP Host offers our clients the option of out-of-state Website and data synchronization.
